2013 Oerlikon sells the business units Natural Fibers and Textile Components to the Jinsheng Group.
2008 Name change according to the merger with the location Fellbach to: Oerlikon Textile Components GmbH, Branch Münster.
2007 OC Oerlikon takes over the Saurer Group. Name change to Oerlikon Accotex Texparts GmbH.
2006 Saurer aquires all activities from Day International in order to strengthen Sauer´s Components Group.
2004 Finish transfer of production of Daytex products from Ashville, NC USA to Greenville SC, USA.
2002 Finish transfer of production of Daytex products from Dundee, Scotland to Münster, Germany.
1999 Day International acquires all Armstrong Textile activities worldwide.
1980 Day International, the successor of Dayton Rubber Company, relocates production to Asheville,NC and starts marketing the textile components under the brandname Daytex.
1941 Dayton Rubber starts production of Cots and Aprons in Waynesville, NC USA.
1938 Dayton Rubber Company Ltd., Dundee Scotland launches synthetic rubber products for the textile industry under the name Dayco.
1905 Dayton Rubber Company is founded in Dayton, Ohio USA as a manufacturer of garden hoses and fruit jar sealing rings.
